The Yellow Room is cosy and snug, with an antique brass and iron bedstead. From the leaded window you look out beyond the garden to glimpses of tree-lined water meadows. The ensuite bathroom has a maritime feel with paintings, drawings and photographs of ships, and the last remaining church at Dunwich in the early twentieth century before it fell over the cliff. The room is light and spacious with an original cast-iron roll-top bath and oak floorboards.
An old wooden, private staircase, which winds round a chimney breast leads to the Yellow Room, via a small landing, also private. This landing can be very useful for hanging coats. As you enter the bedroom, there are two steps, which are much steeper than normal.
From the landing, an additional oak-beamed, double bedroom, which can sleep family or friends, is available. A z-bed can also be added if required. Children are very welcome, but must be over seven years of age. Please contact us if you would like further information about booking both rooms.
We are currently not taking bookings for the Yellow Room because of Covid-19. However the Shepherd’s Hut is available if you would still like to stay at Hall Farm.
The Yellow Room is £92 per night. A one night stay is £102 per night. Prices include breakfast.
For use of the family room, as part of the Yellow Room booking, please contact us for rates which are based on your requirements.
We only accept bookings for a minimum of two nights. For Bank Holiday weekends, the minimum stay is three nights. Sometimes there is availability for single night bookings so please feel free to enquire.
We accept payment by cash, cheque or BACs.
