      Annie and Bob’s 100 year old Shepherds hut provided a very comfortable and snug bed, with the original wooden furniture - table, chairs and cupboards. Annie has put a... read more lot of thought into providing items that make a difference e.g torch, camping gas stove, wood and fire lighters for the fire pit, parasol and cushions for chairs. Breakfast was brought to the hut by Annie and was consistently outstanding, with homemade jams and marmalade, fruit compote, croissant and toast. The weather was good enough to eat /cook outside but when the rain showers came it was lovely to sit in the hut with the stable door open, whilst reading and taking in the view of the beautiful trees in the meadows.
    COVID procedures were very thorough and we had sole use of a private loo and shower room at the back of the farmhouse.
    We took bikes and had an easy cycle to nearby pubs, and a longer but fun trip to Southwold too. Whilst respecting our privacy, Annie and Bob were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. We will be back!!
